Methods 80 cases are treated with the small incision ligation, in which endarterectomy device is used to peel off the saphenous vein trunk, the transfusion blood vessels are brought into at the same time ,meanwhile the 40℃ hot saline will be injected the stripping pump cavity, while the point-endarterectomy varicose is used to the small leg veins.
方法80例患者采用小切口行高位结扎,应用剥脱器抽剥大隐静脉主干,同时带入输血管,将40℃热生理盐水注入抽剥腔,小腿部曲张静脉采用点式剥脱术。

Objective:Comparison of the operative result of 103 cases of double lower extremities varicosis with separate or concomitant modified punctuate stripping operation.
方法:将双下肢静脉曲张患者103例随机分为A、B两组,A组分期进行双下肢静脉曲张点式抽剥手术,B组则行同期双下肢静脉抽剥手术,手术方式均为改良的大隐静脉高位结扎加点式抽剥术,并对术后结果进行比较评估。
