Objective: To improve the preparation of adherent lymphokine-activated killer cells (A-LAK cells) and to study the synergistic anti-tumor effect of phenylacetate(PA) and A-LAK cells.
结果 :采用PME制备的A LAK细胞 ,其增殖能力显著高于非粘附性LAK细胞 (NA LAK)和常规LAK细胞 ;肿瘤细胞经PA作用后 ,生长明显受到抑制 ;肿瘤细胞的培养上清液可明显抑制A LAK的增殖与杀伤活性 ,而经苯乙酸预处理的上清液则抑制作用减弱。

LAK细胞
LAK细胞即淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞。将外周血淋巴细胞在体外经淋巴因子白介素-2(IL2)激活3～5天而扩增为具有广谱抗瘤作用的杀伤细胞。把LAK输给带瘤小鼠，不但使原瘤消退，还可以使已确立的转移瘤消失。LAK有广谱抗瘤作用，LAK与IL2合用比单用IL2效果好，因为经IL2激活的LAK在输入人体后仍需IL2才能维持其杀伤活性。
