Objective To discover whether pinealectomy had the same effect in mammals as shown in the chicken, and to determine whether the bipedal condition is important in the development of scoliosis.
②方法同时期出生后刚断乳的小白鼠45只,分成3组:对照组15只,其中包括正常对照组5只;非松果体切除双足鼠组5只:即单纯制作双足鼠,而不行松果体切除术;假手术组5只:即5只双足鼠除不切除松果体外其他与松果体切除术完全一致。

Methods The spontaneous firing of SCN neurons was recorded in vivo extracellularly during the subjective day (CT4-8) and the subjective night (CT16-20) after pinealectomy (PINX) and after inhibition of endogenous melatonin (MEL) synthesis by methotrexate (MTX), and the effect of exogenous MEL on the neuronal firing of SCN was examined.
方法 在昼夜周期的不同时相 (主观白天的CT4~ 8和主观黑夜的CT16~ 2 0 ) ,采用松果腺摘除 (PINX)和氨甲蝶呤 (MTX)抑制褪黑素 (MEL)合成的方法 ,分别去除内源性MEL的主要来源后 ,观察大鼠SCN神经元自发放电的变化以及侧脑室注射外源性MEL的作用。

本文采用在体细胞外记录大鼠下丘脑视交叉上核(SCN)神经元单位放电的方法,在昼夜周期的不同时相(主观白天的CT10-14和主观黑夜的CT22-02),采用松果腺摘除(PINX)和采用氨甲蝶呤(MTX)抑制褪黑素(MEL)合成的方法分别去除内源性MEL的主要来源后,观察大鼠SCN神经元自发放电的变化以及外源性MEL的作用。
