先天性胆总管囊肿
congenital chol?edochous cyst
又称“胆总管扩张症”。多数认为，与先天性胆道或胰胆管交界部发育异常及病毒感染有关。大体病理表现为胆总管呈球形囊肿或梭形扩张，扩张程度不等，直径从2～3cm至20～30cm，管壁厚度从2～3mm至接近0.5cm。腹痛、肿块和黄疸为本病的三个基本症状。X线钡餐检查可确诊。确诊后应尽早手术。
