| 针刺疗法 运用各种不同的针具刺入腧穴，或刺激腧穴、经络，以 达到防治疾病的方法。又称针法、刺法。针刺疗法和灸法共 同组成针灸疗法，是中医针灸学的重要技术和治疗手段。 临床常用的针具有毫针、三棱针、皮肤针、皮内针、火针、鍉针、圆利针等。还有一种芒针，又称长针，是毫针长度的延长，同属于毫针类。 根据针具的不同形制、用途、刺激方式等，针刺疗法主要有以下几种：①毫针疗法。用毫针（包括芒针）刺入皮内。②皮肤针疗法。用多支短针浅刺人体皮肤。③皮内针疗法。以特制的小型针具固定于腧穴部的皮内或皮下、进行较长时间埋藏。④火针疗法。用特制的针，针尖用火烧红，迅速刺入人体的一定穴位或部位、以治疗疾病。⑤水针疗法，又称穴位药物注射法。用注射针刺入皮肤后，推注相应药物治病。⑥鍉针疗法。用鍉针按压经络腧穴治病。⑦电针疗法。以毫针刺入腧穴后，针柄通过电流，以加强刺激量。⑧刺络疗法。用三棱针刺血络以放血治病。⑨圆利针疗法。用圆利针点刺体表或挑刺皮下组织。 |
