marginal system stimulation
指用立体定向技术将慢性电极埋藏于边缘系统的杏仁核、隔区等部位,然后用电刺激电极以达到止痛目的。其目标结构的坐标在矢状面前取前联合后方13mm、前后联合连线下10mm、冠状面取矢线旁20mm,电刺激参数:波宽0.1ms,频率2~5Hz,强度0.2~0.4mA。其特点为镇痛维持时间长,无意识障碍,伴有睡眠改善,其他浅感觉不受干扰等。
