手术名。男性绝育术之一。为用一根特制的针尖外露、针杆涂008mm厚的耐500℃高温的绝缘漆聚酰亚胺的针头穿刺附睾体尾部，借电凝来 阻断附睾管，使精子不能由此通道排出而达到不育。术时先用01%温热新洁尔灭液浸洗阴囊和阴茎5分钟。用2%普鲁卡因液10ml作精索浸润局麻，确认附睾尾部后，用手指夹住睾丸并 固定附睾尾部。再用2%普鲁卡因液麻醉附睾尾部处阴囊皮肤，以针杆绝缘针尖外露的针头顺附睾纵轴方向将针头尖端刺入附睾尾部，再注入少量普鲁卡因液。应用功率60W，频率250万Hz的小高频电凝器，将电凝头接触针头根部3～4秒，闻及“嗤嗤声”即止。同法作对侧。术 后用灭菌纱布包敷1天，阴囊托高7天。
