Study Purpose:According to the characteristic of dizziness of vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI) and the research of medical scientists in successive dynasties, combine the medication practical experience of dizziness of VBI of tutor who use traditional Chinese medicinal herbs to promote blood circulation, probe into the cause of disease and VBI cure .
研究目的: 根据中老年椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕(以下简称为VBI性眩晕)的发病特点及历代医家的研究成果,结合导师运用通络药物治疗VBI性眩晕的实践经验,探讨VBI性眩晕的病因病机及治则;研究VBI血管生物活性物质的改变,及其对血管功能的影响;以中医络病理论为切入点,探讨通络诸法与调节血管功能的联系,通过检测经颅多普勒超声(TCD)、软脑膜微循环、ET(内皮素)、NO(一氧化氮)、AngⅡ(血管紧张素Ⅱ)、bFGF(碱性成纤维细胞生长因子)、PDGF(血小板源生长因子)、NF-KB(核因子KB)等指标,以探讨清眩颗粒疗效机制。

　　物理学术语。又称“熄灭”“匿影”。在以电子束采集信号的回扫期间，把矩形脉冲电压加到栅极上，或在每次回扫间隔期间，把矩形脉冲电压加到阴极上，使显像管、摄像管或阴极射线示波器中的电子束截止，从而在荧光屏上消除不需要显示的回扫线的过程。
