1985年Dick设计，其特点是固定节段短、仅两个椎体，三柱一起固定，较为牢靠，可以多方向矫形及复位。器械包括椎弓根螺钉，带螺纹的直棍，及将此二者连结一起的锁夹、螺母。手术关键是正确地钻入椎弓根螺钉。主要适用于胸8以下的不稳定脊柱骨折、脊柱滑脱、脊柱截骨术、脊椎肿瘤等。
