材料
白菜干150克、马蹄200克、瑶柱5粒、瘦肉400克、姜2片、盐适量。
制作方法
（1）白菜干浸软、清洗干净。
（2）马蹄去皮，清洗干净后每个切开一半。
（3）洗干净瘦肉，飞水后再冲净。
（4）烧滚适量水，放入白菜干，马蹄、瑶柱、瘦肉和姜片，水滚后改火煲2小时，下食盐调味即成。
