急下存阴 治疗学术语。用承气汤一类的泻下剂迅速通便泄热，清除燥结，以保存津液，防止痉厥变证的方法。有釜底抽薪之意。临床上适用于里实热证，症见壮热、烦渴、大便秘结，舌红苔黄燥，或干黑起刺，脉沉实有力等。参阳明三急下、少阴三急下等条。
