医史文献工具参考书。由中国中医研究院编。本书共收历代医史人物词目2589条，中医药文献书籍词目2258条，医事制度词目234条。文献词目着重介绍所收医籍之类别、作者、内容概要及学术特色。医史人物和文献书籍，均以其本名为主词目，人物的字、号、别号、自号、文献书籍的又名、异名或简称，均另列词目与主词目互见，便于检索。医事制度词目，包括历代有关医药之制度、官职、医药人员称谓、礼仪、机构设施以及不属于临床各科之其他医药术语。1981年由人民卫生出版社出版。
