补充资料：线状免疫球蛋白A大疱性皮肤病
以水疱及大疱为基本损害的一种皮肤病。患者以青壮年居多，皮疹表现缺乏特殊性，可兼有疱疹样皮炎及大疱性类天疱疮的特点。水疱壁厚，有张力，尼科尔斯基氏征阴性，好发于躯干及股内侧，自觉程度不等的瘙痒。组织病理学检查为表皮下疱，疱内及疱下真皮内可见到嗜中性粒细胞和单核细胞的浸润，少数病例为嗜酸性细胞浸润。电镜检查可见水疱位于基底细胞膜与致密板间。水疱周围皮肤的直接免疫荧光检查显示基底膜带有均质型线状 IgA沉积。根据直接免疫荧光检查的特点，本病可与大疱性类天疱疮及疱疹样皮炎区别。治疗首选氨苯砜，若无明显效果，则应并用皮质类固醇激素。预后良好。
