低色素性贫血
hypochromic anemia〖JP〗
又称“小细胞低色素性贫血”。由于缺铁或铁代谢紊乱等原因使血红蛋白合成障碍而引起的造血不良性贫血。其特点为血液中出现大量细胞质不足(小细胞)及血红蛋白含量减少(低色素)的成熟红细胞。是婴幼儿最常见的贫血类型。
