Objective To observe the levels of ScvO2 and lactate between esophagius cancer operation and gastrointestinal cancer operation.
方法比较28例食管癌手术病人(食管癌组)和33例胃肠道肿瘤手术病人(胃肠道肿瘤组)术后1、6、24h中心静脉血氧饱和度(ScvO2)、血乳酸水平,以及术后并发症的发生情况。

卵巢恶性肿瘤细胞减灭/卷地毯手术
指在进行卵巢癌细胞减免术时，从腹膜外间隙入手，在漏斗韧带上方剪开后腹膜，结扎卵巢血管，分离输尿管，将腹膜由两侧向中线方向象“卷地毯”一样进行分离，依次切断圆韧带、子宫动脉，把膀胱腹膜从膀胱顶部游离，然后切除子宫及全部盆腔内的转移病灶。适用于Ⅱ期卵巢癌，该术式可彻底切除盆腔内病灶，且出血少，解剖关系清楚，较为安全。但必须在腹腔其他处均无残留灶时方采用此手术。
