主料:肥瘦牛肉750克

辅料:胡萝卜、洋葱、土豆

调料:盐、黄油、料酒、橙汁、清汤、葱段、姜片、香叶、番茄沙司、鸡精

做法

1、将牛肉洗净切成小方块,用开水焯一下撇去浮沫;

2、将胡萝卜、洋葱、土豆洗净切成丁;

3、坐锅点火放入黄油,放入胡萝卜丁、洋葱丁、土豆丁、香叶、葱段、姜片、番茄沙司炒至7-8成熟时倒入焯好牛肉,加入盐、料酒、鸡精,待开锅时即可。

特点:色泽红,味道酸甜鲜香。
