细胞外Ca++在心肌细胞膜上对Na+的内流有竞争性抑制作用。由此可见,细胞外ca++浓度发生变化时,与ca++内流和 Na+内流有关的生物电活动都将受到影响,而对静息电位则无明显作用。细胞外Ca++浓度增高时,对Na+内流的膜屏障作用加大,Na+内流过程普遍受抑制。细胞外Ca++浓度降低对心肌生理特性的影响,与高Ca++浓度的影响基本上是相反的。
