军团菌肺炎
legionella pneumonia
由嗜肺军团菌感染引起的急性肺炎。流行性或散发性，通过空气传播，常因水源或用水设施，空调装置等被污染而造成流行。主要病变为急性肺炎和淋巴结炎，严重者伴多脏器损害。临床表现有高热、胸痛、咳嗽、血痰、呼吸困难，可有腹痛、腹泻、血尿、蛋白尿、肾功能衰竭、肝功能异常、头痛、神志不清、局限性神经症状和多发关节痛等。诊断依靠痰或支气管肺泡灌洗液培养，荧光抗体检查及血清学检查。红霉素治疗有效。〔〕
