尿淀粉酶
amylase in urine
尿中所含的淀粉酶。主要来源于胰腺和腮腺，是一种水解酶，能水解淀粉和糖原。人血清淀粉酶易通过肾小球而出现于尿中。血清淀粉酶升高时，尿淀粉酶也相应升高，其数值可超过血清淀粉酶。正常值为8～32Winslow单位。急性胰腺炎时，因胰液渗漏于组织间隙，故血和尿的淀粉酶活性增高。淀粉酶在尿中的出现要迟于血。对急性胰腺炎诊断有意义。此外慢性胰腺炎急性发作、胰头癌、胰腺损伤等也可引起尿淀粉酶升高。
