用量用法：
静脉注射：每次每千克体重１～３ｍｇ，每周２次，可给药２～３个月。

1.胃肠道反应如恶心、呕吐、食欲不振等。 2.有骨髓抑制副作用，需经常注意血象的变化。 3.少数病人有过敏反应及脱发等。
