乳房检查
检查乳房的方法。一般用望诊、触诊来进行。望诊时应注意观察乳房的外形、是否对称、皮肤的颜色、有无溃破、溃疡、色素、皮疹、出血等。并注意乳头位置、大小，形状是否对称。触诊乳房时，先由一侧乳房开始，检查者的手指和手掌必须平置在乳房上轻轻向胸壁按压，并作圆形和来回抚摸。触诊时要注意乳房质地和弹性，压痛。触及包块时，应描述部位、外形、大小、数目、质地、活动度以及压痛、边界是否清楚，与周围皮肤及组织有无粘连等。
