immediate memory
瞬时记忆(immediate memory)信息加工过程的最初阶段,又叫“感觉记忆”或“联想记忆”。它的主要特点是鲜明的形象性和短暂性,采取直接编码的形式。在转入短时记忆以前,以刺激物真实模写的映象在感受器中保持一个非常短暂的时间,一般只有几分之一秒,不超过2秒,如果不加注意,很快就会消失。后像是它的典型表现。它的容量比短时记忆大。据乔治·斯伯林(oeoge sperling)用部分报告法研究结果,它的正确率达76%,接近全显示映象。其容量的大小与感受器的解剖生理特点和刺激物的物理能量有关。 (古茂盛撰王启康珍转赞审)
