Kozlowski脊椎干骺端发育不良综合征
为常染色体显性遗传,大多数病例起自新的突变。表现:1~4岁生长不良,尤其是躯干,成人身高130~152cm。颈及躯干短,伴有背侧后凸,腰椎扁及前方变窄、齿状突发育不全,鸡胸,骨盆方形,髂骨翼短,髋臼扁而不规则。四肢干骺端呈不规则佝偻病样,尤其是股骨远端,步态蹒跚,关节活动受限,早期关节退行性变引起不适。腕骨发育不全及骨化推迟。
