Kozlowski脊椎干骺端发育不良综合征
为常染色体显性遗传，大多数病例起自新的突变。表现：1～4岁生长不良，尤其是躯干，成人身高130～152cm。颈及躯干短，伴有背侧后凸，腰椎扁及前方变窄、齿状突发育不全，鸡胸，骨盆方形，髂骨翼短，髋臼扁而不规则。四肢干骺端呈不规则佝偻病样，尤其是股骨远端，步态蹒跚，关节活动受限，早期关节退行性变引起不适。腕骨发育不全及骨化推迟。
