Adlerian group psychotherapy
阿德勒集体心理治疗(Adlerian grouppsychotherapy)以^.阿德勒个人心理学为理论基础而逐渐发展起来的一种集体心理治疗技术。他强调人类的社会属性，认为只有通过集体的相互交往，相互作用才能使患者理解和认识人际交往的重要性，从而增加其社交感情，选择新的行为，改变其特定的生活方式。从1928年开始，阿德勒的同事及其追随者先在维也纳，然后在芝加哥阿德勒研究所和纽约的阿德勒诊所以及研究所，对采用这种集体心理治疗技术进行指导和实践达20年之久，清楚地认识到治疗环境的重要性。为此，阿德勒诊所采用的社交俱乐部的形式，成功地使许多精神病人恢复了健康。之后，他们又将这种集体心理治疗技术应用于少年罪犯的再教育方面，也取得了良好的效果。这种集体心理治疗以精神病医院、康复中心、学校、家庭、少年管教所等为服务对象，有时也成立儿童指导所和家庭教育中心。在上述各种环境中进行集体治疗时，除选择适当的患者外，应安排心理学工作者、社会工作者、教育工作者，甚至父母参加集体活动，包括小组讨论、小组社交活动与心理剧等。在上述人员的帮助和指导下，讨论人的生活价值，认识生活方式，发展社会兴趣，识别错误态度(如恐惧、怀疑、嫉妒、不关心别人、只关心自己)，建立符合社会利益的生活哲学，增进集体观念。本疗法适用于神经症、精神分裂症缓解期、人格障碍和少年罪犯等。 (杨津广撰梁宝勇审)
