性质:血管紧张素I(Ang I)(或Ⅱ)是肾素作用于血液中的血管紧张素原而产生的十肽激素(Ang II为八肽激素)。利用125I-Ang I,标准Ang I和抗Ang I血清的放射免疫分析法能快速、灵敏地测定血浆中Ang I的浓度。其灵敏度为10pg。通过测定血浆中的Ang I的浓度或生成速率,反映肾素的活性,对研究高血压的发病原理和分型,醛因酮增多症的鉴别诊断有临床价值。
