嗜酸性粒细胞性白血病
一种少见的白血病类型，临床常与慢性白血病相似。按病程可分为急性和慢性两种。白细胞总数可正常或增高至20多万不等，血中成熟嗜酸性粒细胞占60～85％，嗜酸性中幼粒细胞较少，仅占0．5～2％；偶可出现原粒细胞。骨髓象可分为原细胞型或成熟细胞型，前者为原粒细胞显著增多，后者则为成熟嗜酸性粒细胞增多，原粒细胞可正常或稍增多。即使在急性成熟细胞型，血象和骨髓象中亦以成熟嗜酸性粒细胞占多数，较幼稚的嗜酸性粒细胞并不增多，与一般急性白血病所见不同。本病诊断有赖于除外其它原因所致的嗜酸性粒细胞增多症。
