Objective: To demonstrate the feasibility of composite transplantation of frozen autogenous mandible with fresh ilium.
目的 :论证冷冻自体下颌骨复合髂骨移植的可行性。

For the patients with benign and easy-recrudescent tumor of mandible, reimplantation of frozen autogenous mandible is a suitable way to kill the residual neoplastic cell, prevent the recurrence of the tumor, restore the normal curvature of mandible and reduce the patent s facial malformation.
对于易于复发的下颌骨良性肿瘤病例施行冷冻自体下颌骨再植,不仅可有效地杀灭颌骨内的残余瘤细胞、避免肿瘤复发,而且可以最大程度地恢复下颌骨正常曲度,避免面部畸形。
