肺吸虫
又称"卫氏并殖吸虫"。虫体呈卵圆形，背面隆起，体表多小棘，长7～15mm，宽3～8mm，口吸盘和腹盘大小相等。寄生在人的肺脏内，也可异位寄生在脑等部位。卵一般呈卵圆形，壳厚、有盖。第一中间宿主是川卷螺，第二中间宿主是溪蟹、喇蛄等，人因食生、醉和未煮熟的蟹和喇蛄而感染，引起肺吸虫病。
