关节功能位置
指因病变或其他原因需要做关节固定时，为尽量满足工作上和生活上的需要，应使关节固定于该关节最常用的位置上，由于这种位置代表了该关节功能的主流，故称功能位。如肘关节的功能位置为90～100度的屈曲位置，这个位置对患肢的功能的影响远较伸直或其他位置为小。
