Aiming at electric metering error caused by the difference between rated secondary load and actual secondary operating load of high voltages metering box voltage transformer,through simulating different load,the influence of secondary circuit load on metering error are analyzed,and the reasonable load allocation scheme are putted forward.

By use of power system analysis software Power World the power flow of a certain regional power network is simulated; from this the nodes and zones with weak voltage stability are found out, and an optimal configuration scheme of phasor measurement units (PMUs) in this regional power network is proposed.

根据模型的一个边、考面，轴线等，使所有尺寸在所选对象的一侧。
按照试图视图或按照单独的尺寸安排尺寸位置
自动翻转箭头方向
使尺寸偏离边界或视图界限一定距离。
选择菜单： DETAIL > Tools > Clean Dims， 或点击工具条按钮 ： 出现clean dimensions对话框。选择尺寸确定后，对话框如下：
placement标签：可以设置 偏移距离(offset)
尺寸间位置增量：increment
设置偏移参考：视图界限/基准线。
是否建立引导线。
cosmetic标签 翻转箭头
使文字居中
点击Apply应用。
