Objective:This article aims to evaluate synthetically the diastolic and systolic function of patients with valvular heart disease, applying heart failure echocardiography index (HFEI) that synthesizes the multinomial parameters of echocardiography, and to discuss the effect that the factors of valve has on cardiac function.
目的:采用综合超声心动图多项参数的心衰超声指数评价心脏瓣膜病变患者的整体心功能,同时初步探讨瓣膜病病程中瓣膜因素对心功能的影响。

风湿性心脏瓣膜病
风湿性心脏瓣膜病是指风湿热遗留下来的，以心瓣膜病变为主的心脏病。表现瓣膜增厚、纤维化、钙化、瓣叶交界处粘连，导致瓣膜狭窄和/或关闭不全。患风湿性心脏病后风湿活动仍可反复发作，加重心瓣膜损害。心脏病是孕产妇死因的第2位，风湿性心脏病是妊娠并发心脏病中最常见的一种，但近年来随着风湿热得到控制，妊娠并发风湿性心脏瓣膜病有明显减少，尤其城市中更为明显。风湿性心脏瓣膜病以二尖瓣病变最常见，占95%～98%，合并心房颤动、心力衰竭、血栓栓塞、和亚急性细菌性心内膜炎者，危险性大。因此，患风湿性心脏瓣膜病的育龄妇女，妊娠前应到医院进行咨询，决定是否适于妊娠。
