以四肢骨弥漫性骨膜增生为主的综合征。原因不明。主要表现为杵状指(趾),四肢骨增粗、疼痛,关节肿痛、积液。本病多继发于慢性肺部病变。X线可见四肢骨有分层状骨膜下新生骨。治疗应去除原发病。
