荧光扫描
放射性核素显(成)像方法之一。利用光子激发某种核素产生特征X射线以获得检查脏器影像的显(成)像方法。如用长寿命的241Am作为放射源，利用241Am发射的60keVγ射线激发体内的稳定127I，使之产生28.5keV的特征X射线，后者可以被探测器接收，当放射源与探头一同在体表移动时，就可以获得扫描图像，临床上较常用的是甲状腺荧光扫描。
