| 立克次氏体病 rickettsial diseases 由立克次氏体所引起的疾病。主要有斑疹伤寒、恙虫病、斑点热、Q热和战壕热等。病原为立克次氏体，以鼠类为储存宿主，由某些节肢动物如虱、蚤、蜱或螨为媒介传给人类。潜伏期多在2～14日内。表现有高热、头痛、精神症状（如谵妄、狂躁、昏迷等）、皮疹（Q热无皮疹）和肝、脾肿大等，有的有皮肤溃疡及焦痂。诊断主要依据典型临床表现。确诊可作立克次氏体分离及血清学检查。氯霉素或四环素族抗生素治疗有特效。 |
