用脑血流仪描记颅内血流随脉搏搏动所产生的电阻抗变化,进而估价脑血流供应情况和血管壁弹性状态的一种诊断方法。脑血流图由一陡峭的上升支和缓慢倾斜的下降支所组成。上升支的陡峭程度可揭示动脉的阻力大小和血流通过是否通畅;下降支的重搏波及其切迹可以反映血管壁的弹性状态。主要用于脑动脉硬化、脑血管意外、高血压、血管舒缩性头痛及头晕、颅脑损伤等诊断。目前对脑血流图的临床价值有分歧意见,主要是影响脑血流图的因素太多。
