proximal renal tubular acidosis
由近曲小管上皮细胞再吸收HCO-3减少,造成尿中丢失HCO-3过多而致的代谢性酸中毒。患者尚存在其他近端肾小管功能障碍,如肾性糖尿病、低磷酸盐血症、低尿酸盐血症和氨基酸尿症等。
