The effect of Adenosine(Ado) on the pain units of caudate nucleus was studied by injecting Ado in different dose (50,100,200μmol/10μl) into the lateral ventricle of rabbits,and inducting discharge of neurons by puttingg rass microelectrodes into A 3-5 R 3.
采用侧脑室给药法及常规神经元放电引导法 ,研究了腺苷 (Ado)对家兔尾核痛神经元自发放电的影响及其可能机制 。
