[制法]:1.羊肉洗净,用开水拖过,切块;川芎、锁阳、红枣(去核)分别用清水洗净,备用。
2.将备用料一齐放入砂煲内,加清水适量,武火煮沸后,改用文火煲3小时,去渣调味,食肉饮汤。
[功能]:补肾阳、益精血、止头痛
[适用范围]:用于肾阳不足所致的偏头痛者。症见头痛头晕,头脑空虚,反复发作,日久不愈、遇寒尤甚,腰酸肢冷,小便清长,舌淡胖苔白腻,脉沉弱。
