N?K皮肤试验对鉴别结节病与其他肉芽肿有一定意义。从确诊的结节病人取淋巴结的结节病组织，制成1∶10生理盐水混悬液，在受试者前臂皮内注射01～02ml，注射后1周即可出现反应，4～6周达高峰，局部呈红色丘疹，可渐增大至3～8mm，此时取局部皮肤做活检，可见结节病变。病人中阳性率可高达62%～92%，非结节病人可有1%～6%假阳性反应。
