为探索春季湖泊底泥表层不同藻类群落的复苏规律,本实验采集了太湖梅梁湾地区的底泥,应用荧光分析法测定藻蓝素,同时测定湖泊底泥中的叶绿素a和叶绿素b,确定春季梅梁湾底泥中不同藻类类群的色素含量变化,说明荧光分析法可以应用于底泥色素分析中,初步探讨了蓝藻群落和非蓝藻群落在春季温度上升期间恢复生长过程的差异。

性质：又称黑蛙素，蛙皮降压肽。自澳大利亚黑雨蛙(Hyla Caerula)皮肤提取而得。熔点224～226℃(分解)。旋光度-26º(c=1，二甲基甲酰胺)。其5-oxo-Pro-Gln-Asp-Tyr(SO3H)-Thr-Gly-Trp-Met-Asp-Phe-NH2肽链羧基末端五个氨基酸的组成与胰泌素、缩胆囊素完全一致，故黑蛙素有缩胆囊素和胰泌素二者的生物活性促胃液分泌作用相当于四肽胃泌素的30倍。用于胰功能试验。
