作用用途：为多肽类免疫增强剂。是一种淋巴因子，能刺激T细胞增殖分化，诱导产生细胞毒性T淋巴细胞（CTL），增强自然杀伤（NK）细胞活性，激活产生淋巴因子的杀伤（LAK）细胞和肿瘤侵润淋巴细胞（TIL），刺激B细胞增殖分化和分泌抗体，诱导干扰素和多种细胞因子的分泌。用于肿瘤辅助治疗和癌性胸、腹水的治疗。
用法用量：静滴：每次50～100万单位，用灭菌生理盐水100～250ml稀释后静滴，每日1～2次，每周5天，4周为一疗程。皮下注射：每次10～20万单位，每日1～2次，每周5天，6周为一疗程。胸、腹腔内注射：每次50～200万单位或60～80万单位，用灭菌生理盐水稀释，排出胸、腹水后注入，3～5天1次，3～5次为一疗程。动脉插管注射：每次50～200万单位，用灭菌生理盐水稀释后动脉导管注射，每周2～3次，3周为一疗程。局部注射：每次50～200万单位，用5～10ml灭菌生理盐水稀释，分多点注射到瘤内或瘤体周围，3～5天1次，4周为一疗程。（以上为参考方案）
