抗乙型肝炎表面抗原抗体


又称"乙型肝炎表面抗体"。乙型肝炎表面抗原的对应抗体。抗-HBs有抵抗乙型肝炎病毒感染的作用。血清中出现此种抗体表示以往有过乙型肝炎病毒感染。不论临床曾否发病，但目前已经恢复，此种病人血输给别人不会引起乙型肝炎。再感染时，抗-HBs呈回忆反应。注射乙型肝炎疫苗及特异性高效价免疫球蛋白 (HBIG），抗-HBs亦可呈现阳性。
