The genome DNA of pancreas is prepared from control animals, the animals of diabetic nephropathy, the animals of diabetic nephropathy treated with Chinese traditional medicine Tang Wei Kang, and the animals of diabetic nephropathy treated with Captopril which is one of the angiotensin convering enzyme inhibitors.
分别从正常大鼠、糖尿病肾病大鼠、中药糖微康治疗的糖尿病肾病大鼠、西药开博通治疗的糖尿病肾病大鼠的胰组织中提取其基因组DNA ,用对DNA甲基化作用敏感的限制性核酸内切酶HpaⅡ和MspⅠ (为一组同裂酶 )进行限制性酶切 ;并进行染色质DNaseⅠ敏感性分析 。
