A new type of induction motor with compound cage rotor(IMCCR) composed of two different materials which include cast-aluminum and alloy is proposed,and the starting performances of the motor are improved using alloy material in the upper bars which can conduct magnetism and electricity.
针对实心转子感应电动机运行性能相对较差这一问题,提出了在转子槽上下层采用两种不同材料的复合笼条转子感应电动机设计方法,其中上层采用导电导磁的合金材料。

Based on this, the two dimensional mathematic model of induction motor with compound cage rotor (IMCCR) for whole region temperature field calculation and electromagnetic field were established by using the electro-thermal coupled method.
以此为基础,建立复合笼条转子感应电动机(induction motor with compound cage rotor,IMCCR)电磁场和全域温度场二维有限元模型,通过电磁场与温度场的单向弱耦合,计算电机额定负载和不同负载时电机定转子全域稳态温度场,分析定子绕组温度及转子槽的温度,通过与实验结果的对比,验证了该电机温度场计算模型的合理性以及计算结果的正确性。

A polycyclic caged compound with high strain and high density——hexaacetyl hexa azaisowurtzitane (HAIW) was synthesized via a two step reaction: condensation and hydrogenolysis debenzylation, starting from benzylamine and glyoxal.
