The university students social self-efficacy is the confidence in one s ability to engage in the social interact ional tasks necessary to initiate and maintain interpersonal relationships in the different communication context.

By using Questionnaire of Adolescent Shyness,Social Self-Efficacy scale,Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy scale and Questionnaire for the Subjective Well-being,the present study explored characteristic of adolescents\' shyness,social self-efficacy,and emotional self-efficacy and subjective of Well-being and its relationship.
