β-溶血性链球菌


属链球菌属,能产生溶血毒素,可使血液培养基上在菌落周围形成一个2~4mm宽、界限分明、完全透明的无色溶血环,为乙型溶血,又称溶血性链球菌。致病力强,可引起皮肤和皮下组织感染、猩红热、咽峡炎、扁桃体炎、风湿热及急性肾小球肾炎。
