| 肾气虚证 肾的元气虚衰，生理功能减退所表现的证候。多由年老肾衰、劳累过度、房事不节及久病失养所致。肾气虚可出现肾气不固、肾不纳气、肾阳虚衰等几方面的表现。①肾气不固。肾气亏虚，固摄无权所表现的证候。临床表现为面白神疲、听力减退、腰膝酸软，小便频数而清，或尿后余沥不尽，或遗尿，或小便失禁，或夜尿频多；男子精滑早泄，女子带下清稀，或胎动易滑；舌淡苔白，脉沉弱。治宜固摄肾气，方如金锁固精丸等。②肾不纳气。肾气虚衰，气不归元所表现的证候。临床表现为久病咳喘，呼多吸少，气不得续，动则喘息益甚，自汗神疲，声音低怯，腰膝酸软，舌淡苔白，脉沉弱；甚或喘息剧烈，冷汗淋漓，肢冷面青，脉浮大无根；或气短息促，面赤心烦，咽干口燥，舌红，脉细数。治宜补肾纳气，方用人参胡桃汤或参蛤散。③肾阳虚衰。肾阳虚衰所表现的证候，为肾气虚证的进一步发展。临床表现为腰膝酸软而痛，畏寒肢冷，尤以下肢为甚，头目眩晕，精神萎靡，面色白或黧黑，舌淡胖苔白，脉沉弱。治宜温补肾阳，方用肾气丸。 |
