伤寒杆菌
沙门菌属中的一种。革兰阴性,呈短杆状,具有鞭毛能运动,生化反应活泼,在自然环境中生活力较强,耐低温,无芽胞,无荚膜,为需氧和兼性厌氧菌。抗原结构有菌体"O"抗原;鞭毛"H"抗原,在血清学上有重要价值。此外菌体表面尚有毒力抗原称"Vi"抗原,可用于调查伤寒病原携带者,在流行病学上有重要意义。本菌仅对人有致病性,主要通过污染水和食物,通过苍蝇、手等传播,经消化道侵入机体而发病。
