又称"过敏反应迟缓反应物质",即白三烯。由肥大细胞合成和释放,可使支气管平滑肌痉挛收缩,血管通透性增加。其作用缓慢且持续时间较长,其作用不被抗组胺药物所抑制。在IgE介导的过敏反应中,它作为血管活性物质之一参与*速发型超敏反应。
