方法:采用60%乙醇提取,经D101大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20,ODS,制备型HPLC等各种现代分离手段,对接骨木中的木脂素类成分进行分离纯化,用波谱学方法对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。

| 藤之木古坟 Fujinoki Tumulus 日本古坟时代的墓葬 。位于奈良县斑鸠町。年代为6世纪下半叶。1985年发掘。墓地附近有法隆寺塔与金堂，另有圣德太子斑鸠宫遗址。该墓在地面上有直径48米的圆形坟丘，丘下为14米长的长方形石砌墓室，内置盝顶石棺。墓内出土物以镀金装饰马具最为引人注目，包括鞍、镫、辔和障泥，其装饰豪华，制作精细，纹饰主题有鱼龙、狮子、双凤、龟甲、蔓草、鬼神和象等。这些纹样含有印度、中国和朝鲜等地文化因素，表明当时日本同这些地区有经济和文化方面的交流。 |
